You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase accessories and gear from this site. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase certain products where required by applicable law. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement for your jurisdiction and for the specific products ordered.

3. Products

Strike Zone Arms sells firearm accessories, parts, optics, ammunition, holsters, and tactical gear only. We do not sell firearms. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed through Authorize.Net. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of any product ordered from Strike Zone Arms. By purchasing, you represent that the purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction. Restrictions on ammunition and certain products are enforced automatically based on your shipping address.

Strike Zone Arms is not responsible for misuse, negligent use, or unlawful use of any product sold on this site. Products are sold for lawful purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strike Zone Arms disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
