Terms of Sale

szarms.com is operated by Zenvito LLC, doing business as Strike Zone Arms, 5590 Lauby Road, Suite 10, North Canton, OH 44720(“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell firearm accessories, parts, optics, ammunition and gear. We do not sell firearms. Product details, availability and prices can change without notice. Photos and descriptions come largely from manufacturers and our distributor; if a detail matters to you, check it with us before ordering.

You must be 21 or older to place an order that contains ammunition, and 18 or older for any other order. You confirm your age at checkout, and your confirmation is recorded on your order. By ordering you also confirm that you may legally buy and possess the items where they will be delivered, including any higher age limit that applies there.

Some products can’t be shipped to certain states, counties or cities. Our checkout checks your shipping address against the restrictions our distributor publishes for each product and will not let you order a restricted item to a restricted address. That check is a safeguard, not legal advice: you remain responsible for knowing your local laws. We may cancel and refund any order we believe can’t lawfully be shipped.

We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses. See Restrictions & Compliance.

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card is charged when you place the order. We never see or store your full card number.

Ohio orders are charged Ohio sales tax at the rate for the delivery address (state, county and transit), including on shipping. We don’t currently collect sales tax for other states.

Your order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order; we accept it when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, stock our distributor can’t supply, or a legal restriction. If we cancel, we refund the full amount charged. To cancel an order, email Hello@SZArms.com as soon as possible; once an order has been sent to our distributor we may not be able to stop it.

Orders ship from our distributor, usually within 1–2 business days, via UPS or FedEx Ground. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

Ammunition is final sale. Unopened, unused non-ammunition items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products are sold for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for installing and using them safely and legally. Parts and accessories should be fitted by a qualified gunsmith where the manufacturer recommends it. We may refuse to sell to anyone we reasonably believe intends unlawful use or resale.

Products carry only their manufacturer’s warranty, if any. To the extent the law allows, we sell products “as is” and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts for Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
