Shipping Policy

Orders ship from our distributor in 1–2 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping straight from the distributor’s warehouse, not from our North Canton office, is how we keep a large catalog in stock. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and the distance. We ship to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and free standard shipping on orders $99+ applies to all of them. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses; checkout will ask for a street address.

Some products can’t be shipped to certain states, counties or cities. Checkout checks each item against your shipping address and won’t let you order an item to a place it can’t go. See Restrictions & Compliance.

Ammunition and some other items must travel by ground. If your cart has one, checkout offers Standard shipping only. Ammunition and other ground-only items can’t be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii: UPS and FedEx don’t offer Ground service for these shipments to or from either state. Product pages and checkout show which items this affects. Some items need an adult signature on delivery; if so, someone 21 or older must be there to sign, or the carrier will try again or hold the package.

If an order is late, a package arrives damaged, or something is missing, email Hello@SZArms.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We handle these case by case with the carrier and our distributor.

Please check your address before ordering. Once an order is sent to our distributor we may not be able to change it. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, contact us and we’ll work it out case by case.
