RETURN POLICY

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Ammunition is non-returnable once shipped, for safety and regulatory reasons. This policy is final. Please double-check caliber and quantity before ordering.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Email Hello@SZArms.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.We'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
3.Drop off the package at any UPS/USPS location.
4.Refund issued within 5–7 business days of our receiving the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items. Contact Hello@SZArms.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
