Privacy Policy

szarms.com is operated by Zenvito LLC, doing business as Strike Zone Arms, 5590 Lauby Road, Suite 10, North Canton, OH 44720. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site or buy from us, and how we use it.

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, the items you buy, and your age confirmation at checkout (with its time).
• Account details if you create one: email, password (stored hashed), saved addresses and order history.
• Messages you send us by email or the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device details in server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight from your browser to Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number or security code. We see the card brand, last four digits and payment status. Stripe uses its own data, including device information, to prevent fraud; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

To take payment, fulfil and ship your order, check that items can be shipped to your address, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, calculate sales tax, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires. We don’t send marketing email today; if we start, it will be opt-in and every email will have an unsubscribe link.

We share only what each needs to do its job:

• Our distributor, which ships your order: your name, shipping address, phone and the items.
• Shipping carriers that deliver it.
• Stripe for payments.
• Service providers that host and run the store: website and database hosting, image hosting and transactional email.
• Authoritieswhen the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and keep you signed in. Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention. We don’t use advertising cookies.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order and for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Email Hello@SZArms.comto ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. We’ll answer within 30 days. We may keep order records the law requires us to keep.

The site uses HTTPS throughout, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.

The store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
