Do you sell firearms?
No. We sell parts, ammunition, optics, accessories and gear only.
How old do I have to be?
21 or older for any order that contains ammunition, and 18 or older for everything else. At checkout you tick a box confirming your age, and that confirmation is saved with your order. We don’t ask for ID.
If a state or city sets a higher age for an item, that law applies and you must meet it.
Why can't I order some items to my address?
Some states, counties and cities restrict items such as ammunition, magazines over a set capacity, and certain parts or accessories. Our distributor publishes restrictions for each product, and our checkout checks every item against your shipping address. If an item can’t go there, checkout tells you which item and why, and you’ll need to remove it to complete the order.
Product pages also list the states where an item can’t ship, so you can see this before adding it to your cart.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
No. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses; please use a street address. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though some items, including ammunition to Hawaii, are restricted there.
Does passing checkout mean an item is legal where I live?
No. Our check uses the restriction data we receive, which may not cover every local rule or recent change. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where the item is delivered. If we learn an order can’t lawfully be shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Can I ship to a different address to get around a restriction?
No. Don’t ship to a friend, a freight forwarder or a mail drop to avoid a restriction where the item will be used. We cancel orders that look like this.
What does “ground only” mean?
Ammunition and some other items can only travel by ground under carrier and hazmat rules. When your cart has a ground-only item, checkout offers Standard shipping only.
What is an adult signature?
Some items must be signed for at delivery by an adult, 21 or older, with ID shown to the carrier. If no one is there to sign, the carrier will try again or hold the package for pickup.
What is the California Prop 65 warning?
California’s Proposition 65 requires a warning on products that can expose people to chemicals the state lists as causing cancer or reproductive harm. When our distributor marks a product as needing the warning, we show it on the product page and in the cart. Ammunition contains lead, so its warning names lead:

Other products show the standard short warning:

The warning is about exposure, not a statement that the product is unsafe when used as intended.
Can I return ammunition?
No, ammunition is final sale. If it arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us first. See Returns & Refunds.
Who ships my order?
Our distributor, usually within 1–2 business days, via UPS or FedEx Ground. See the Shipping Policy.
I think an item is restricted wrongly. Who do I ask?
Email Hello@SZArms.comwith the item and your city and ZIP code. We’ll check with the distributor. We can’t override a restriction for a single order.
